This is a brand new square-pin Current 17" 40-Watt bulb with one 10K and one 460NM Actinic. This came from a 20" Current CF fixture I bought and then immediately swapped the bulbs - still in the original plastic bag. It's item number 16957 at drsfostersmith.com on sale for $17.59.
I'll only ship within the USA. And remember, this is for the bulb only, not the whole Current CF fixture.
