What do these numbers mean in terms of wanting to inject co2?

I have a 10gal ADF tank with 2 frogs. I would like to hook up a co2 system (hagen) to it and would like to know if you guys (and gals) think the tank will be OK. I don't want to lose these guys. They are becoming harder and harder to find anywhere, and I don't want to kill them: just get the plants to grow a little nicer.

Lighting- Incandescent Hood w/2 13w florescents at either end
