Worried about inactive cory

Hi all,
We've a 16g tank with 3 guppies, 4 tiger barbs, 1 plec (we'll be upgrading tank!) and 2 cories.
All water parameters are within normal range (although ph at 7.6).
Both cories were hyperactive but one has now taken to sitting still on the bottom. The healthy active cory will occasionally sit alongside and nudge the other into a quick spurt of activity and when this happens we've just started to notice the poorly cory rubbing/flipping, although not excessively (3 or 4 rubs).
Outward appearance is perfectly normal, fins fine, no spots/marks.
This behavior sort-of coincided with the introduction of the 4 barbs and one of them was initially a bit pushy with the other fish (although not the cories). The barbs have now calmed down and are happy in their shoal.

Any thoughts?

I'm sort of in the same boat.

We had two Peppered Cories that were great. Then, I had a nitrate spike about 10 weeks ago and they both became very lethargic sometime after. I can't be sure that that was the cause, but since then I've lost one of them and now the other is on his way out.

Wish I could help more.

For all, what are the exact water parameters? How long have the tanks been up and established with a proper cycling? Are you ensuring they are actually eating and providing the right food?
