Sounds like a pretty dumb question but the pellets look abit too big for the Corys mouth even though I see them nibling at the pellets anyway.

They become soft after they've been in the water for a minute or so.
I see them nibling at the pellets anyway.
they nibble, as it gets soft, they nibble bigger.

as the top layer gets softer, they nibble it away, and then the next layer, and then the next and so on. i see them do it all of the time when i put in algea wafers in for my rubber lip pleco
