I am looking to adopt out a pair that will surprise, amaze and entertain you for hours to years. I have just decided to move my cichlids to my big tank as they are getting bigger and more territorial, the jaw locking is fun to watch but I'm sure not good for them overall.
So I have a amazingly playful and fun 9 inch oscar, and a slightly destructive but cute 4inch red eared slider (turtle).
I am giving them away to a good home if you live in the local new Haven or Fairfield county, CT. BUT they are best friends and I really don't want them separated. They follow each other and when its feeding time the oscar will push the turtle to one end of the tank and rush back to gobble up all the food. So I do have to hand feed or over feed occasionally. They have been together from day one. The turtle was the size of a quarter and the oscar was about 2.5 inches.
Any way this is them you want them you got them. asap. minimum 55gal long. 3/4 full and the oscar will EAT any non bottom fish he can swallow.
