Unidentified swimming object

Was just looking at my tank under the moonlight, saw a worm(?) of some type, not sure what it is. Pale/white in color and was swimming around pretty quickly, but the action was like you were holding onto the end of a piece of spaghetti and wiggling it. Any thoughts? It's about 1-1/2" long and thin.
 
I'm thinking planaria? They feed on leftover food waste. I'll try to find a picture if you want.
 
Hey Fish, Couldn't really tell if it had any bristles like that. It was the first time I have seen it and it took off and hid when I put a light on it to try and do an ID.
 
try to find it again and take a pic of it.
 
Don't know 5, if you had a pic that wold be greatly appreciated. The descriptions I've read on Planaria state that it's a flattish type worm though. This was more round.
 
I had some like that!

A very small one about .5cm long, changed color from blue to tan to match with the background, then the next night saw bigger one, retrieved w/ eyedropper and was a tiny bristleworm baby!
 
i would guess a ribbon worm also. they can be a bit round
