I was just wondering what the standard way of measuring how big a goldfish is? Do you include the tail in the measurement or just the body? Thanks!

when measuring, I never considered counting the tail because they could be any of a variety of sizes. I'd even go as far as saying "softball size, fist size, baseball size, ping pong size"...
