Name these PLANTS

The first one is wisteria and I cant tell what the second is
 
the firs tone is most likely wisteria
 
If the second one is the plant to the right in the first picture (small one) then it looks like Java fern. Can you take a picture of the root/rhizome part of the plant? If its Java fern, it shouldn't be planted in the substrate.

First is definitely Wisteria. Are you sure it wasn't this one thats the Kudzoo of aquarium plants? It grows like a weed. Java fern on the other hand, doesn't grow that fast.
 
Well the wisteria hasnt grown as all, its just dropping leaves all over, has been for about 2 months. the one in the substrate was floating in the tank with some pretty good root so i thought it needed to be planted.
 
1st is definetly Wisteria the 2nd looks like it could be a crypt of some kind. The leaves are to rounded for a java fern.
