What would be the best ferts to use on a 10 gallon heavily planted with 7.0 ph , 2.2kh and hard water.

i live in d-town, and our phosphates suck. Not too bad for freshwater plants, but bad for saltwater. I used phosphate sponges when i used tap a long time ago.

I would find out the level of phosphates excatly, as Mgamer2000 said. Ideally you want your Nitrogen phosphate potassium balance to be 10:1:10. If you have plants with a lot of red or brown colouring you may wish to add in an iron rich fert. And with a small tank like that perhaps a bit of flourish excell as a source of carbon.
