aiptasia. a pest anemone that spreads quickly and has a powerful sting.
you are oging to want to remove them. some pepermint shrimp eat them, or you can inject them with something like joe's juice, lemmon juice, kalk paste, or boiling water.

Thought it looked to nice to be any good.
Will blast it out of the tank.

I hate those things. I bought a peppermint shrimp that I saw eating a huge one at the lfs. I really hate those things. Sometimes I've had to inject them two and three times before they die.

I know the feeling....Only had tank up and running for a month or so and i hate them already. Everytime i see something growing i start thinking it's gonna be something BAD. Knowing my luck it will be.
Read somewhere that red legged hermits will eat Aiptasia too. Can anyone confirm this?
Got blue legged hermits at the mo because they were cheaper.
