I've heard that breed can be carpet surfers, make sure the lid on your tank is tight. She's beautiful!

When she breeds are you gonna use the fry as feeder kittens? I hope not, that would be mean. That is one cool cat. Be sure to vary diet to achieve maximum potential brineshrimp, bloodworm, catfish pellets and whatever it finds on the floor.:dance2:

I hate to be a party pooper but my propensity to state the obvious dictates that while the reflection of the flash on kitties pupils appear blue, her iris appears gold. It's my hunch that when not being flashed upon, her pupils are black like everyone else's.

hmm 8 weeks you say...i believe it is prolly just the fact that she is a baby mammal, as all baby mammals have blue eyes when born (humans, cats, dogs even the blue whale) which is kinda why we have the term "baby blue", some cats eyes will stay blue (siamese, etc) but most will change this will take anywhere from a day or two to a month or so
..i bet its full of energy..how long does it take to net?...id be carefull cos it looks like a jumper! :P
