I live in the South East coast of MA......
I know a sweet spot where the water is crystal clear and there is a nice sandbar about a 1/4 mile away from the beach. The sand bar never hits there air an is no less than a foot under the surface at low tide.
could i wait to the water is at its warmest and use some of the beautiful sand from the sand bar? I just need to add another 1" or so to what i have.
as explained it is well off the shore and is further than the tide line, so no ownership can be claimed
I know some small temperature acclimation would be needed to keep it live..... That could be arranged if nesc
