BIO Balls? How much?

Looking for bio balls, but dont know how much iw ould need.

I need enough to fill atleast half of a 10gallon aquarium since im building a wet dry sump out of one.

Anyone know? 1gallons of balls?

i think there are different size ones. the one i found said this.

5 Gallons = 300 Large 1.25" bio balls.

Yeah, theres abunch of sizes.

I guess im talking about the common 1inchers.

A NooB here - but shouldn't it take 5 gallons of balls to fill 1/2 a 10G aquarium??

If you want more surface area for less money go to the dollar store and get nylon pot scrubbers

I have a bag of bio-balls that I've been keeping for some unknown reason- too bad you don't live closer. I'd just give them to you for free.
