I just found your forum. I was looking for information on Pythons and here you are! I'm fairly new to aquarium keeping. I won a 20 gallon aquarium about a year and a half ago and was bitten by the aquarium bug. My family thinks I have gone crazy. Maybe I have, but what a fun crazy. I have that 20 gallon aquarium with a couple of guppies (male) 7 neon tetras, a couple of dwarf frogs and a ghost shrimp. I need a couple more ghost shrimp. I think he's lonely. Then I got a homemade tank that is about 40 gallons. It has 3 angels, 4 long fin rosey barbs, and a couple of clown loaches. Third tank is 45 gallons with some kind of tetra. 3 of them. I don't know what kind because they were given to me and the former owners couldn't remember the name. Also in that one is 3 female bettas and 4 tiger barbs. Then I have a 2 gallon with a betta. And I'm just setting up a 55 gallon aquarium, a 35 gal, and 2 more 20 gal aquariums. I'm going to be getting a couple more angels for the 55 gallon, but not sure what else. And I'm thinking of a couple of goldfish for the 35 gallon. Whew.
I live in Utah, I have 3 cats and a horse. 2 daughters are grown and moved away, but hubby is getting very interested in my aquariums, too. Hubby and I are both retired so we have plenty of time to enjoy a fun hobby like the aquariums. BUT partly due to our age--I really need to get a Python. I also like to garden. Flowers and vegetables. And I like to enter sweepstakes--which is how I won the first aquarium.
