Ok I bought the flame angel 4 days ago and when I bought it I did not notice the mark on its side because the fish was swimming in and out of rock I never got the best view of him (my fault on not noticing)... I think it might have gotten bumped with a rock or something and just got hurt but not sure...

Then today I noticed that on his tail in the upper most part there is a small white thing.... I Tried to take pics of it... Took like 30 and the best one i could get is the first pic I posted here:

The Next 2 are of its side that was damaged before i bought it and was stupid and did not notice till we got home... Pissed at myself...
Look At his side...

on the first pic its between the 4th and the 5th black stripe to the top...
on the Second pic its between the 3rd and 4th I would say toward the top...
Also in the second pic notice the white dot on his head... Just noticed that also...

What is any of this and what should i do?
In my tank I have a skunk cleaner shrimp and a neon yellow golden neon goby... Mind you it is in my 90 gallon reef tank so getting him out to a different hospital tank might be very hard...

Any guesses on what the problem is and if he will be ok? Also what to do?

looks like it probably has some ich that should go away when it gets used to its new tank if the water quality is good.(im sure it is). as for the kinda white blotches are the scales kinda lifted like the whites in-between them? if they are its probably a secondary infection that came after the ich and its most likely a fungus it too should go away if the waters good and there is no stress. remember they need sponge in their diet as well as algae to do well.

Thanks Germanman, I know that they eat algea but i have not heard that they eat spong... Can you link me somewhere that sells spong so i know what your talking about?

Thanks
Mike
