I wanted to build a sump out of a 29 or 30 gallon tank for a 70 gallon reef tank with an internal overflow (the tank is not built yet). My problem is, I don't know how high to make the baffles or how much water to put in the sump. If anybody has any advice or helpful websites, I'd be very grateful. Thanks.
