I'm new to this forum stuff so bear with me, please. I know its hard to sex these little devils. I've read a lot of stuff that is not consistant. For one, I have a female that I have stripped once and her face gets that muddy mask and then goes away. Secondly, she has black on the three fins on her underside(can't remember what they are called). I'm looking for someone who has had a male with a harum of true females and can tell me if it is only a male and female that will chase eachother around in a tight circle, or will two females do this as well? Might a female exhibit behaviors toward another female in a manner that suggests it's a male??? Also, I'm thinking that a male isn't going to shake and dance for another unless it is a female, right? They don't get confused like I've seen a couple of my guppies do, do they? Even egg spots are not a sure fire telltail because I have one that is 2" and just stripped 10 from her yesterday and she has an eggspot. Go Figure, huh?
