16 gal bowfront community, 20 gal goldfish

i have a new 60 to set up soon for my darlings, but here are some recent photos of the 16 bowfront, ruled mostly by bettas, and the 20 for my goldfish.
the 16 looks considerably different now, i have some foreground plants, some floating fake duckweed, and a few smaller plants in the foreground as well. i don't have any full pictures of the 20, unfortunately.

meet Upstart, a beautiful white female 2 year old common goldfish that i bought as a tiny, orange and white feeder (i originally bought 2, upstart and rascal, but rascal didn't make it):





upstart and napoleon. i won napoleon three years ago at a carnival. he was in really bad shape. he's grown!





this female betta lost an eye just after my father bought her. she healed up quickly even without medication, and she's about 3 years old now. she's the alpha female of the 16.

Thanks! The 16 now has three female bettas, one male crowntail betta, two black skirt tetras, four neon tetras, a clown pleco and the baby freshwater flounder. And we're currently in a one bedroom apartment... a 100 gallon isn't an option. A 60 is really pushing it, but I persuaded my other half that it won't be THAT big, really, promise...

I have simply seen too many posts in which a user feels obligated to unload every opinion about every species that they have on someone who asked a simple question or posted a photo. It's insulting, and completely unnecessary. I've seen dozens of posts like this, not only mine but many other users, over quite a long time in this forum. I've had enough.
