How can i test to see if there is enough calcium in my tank for my snails. The walls of my tank have a light white film on it (calcium deposits) from the tap water should that indicate that my tank has a good amount of calcium to keep there shells healthy or should i feed them some sort of fruit rich with calcium?

Your PH is really low right? You may need some form of supplement that can keep their shells hard.. my PH is 7.6 and that is good for shells I remember you saying yours was 6.something..
Someone may be able to recommend a good product for you I know there is Kents Calcium for marine tanks..
