I'm sure I'll need help a few more times in the future but at least I found somewhere that can give me the help I need.
Just wanted to say thanks to everyone, it took me less than a month to get everything in control. My plants look great, the algae in my tank has completely disapeared and I've done it all without hurting any of my fish.. thanks to everyone here.
