I've been thinking about what I'd like in my 65 Litre Tank once it's all ready, are these fish ok together? If not any suggestions??

Dwarf Gourami x 1
Threadfin Rainbow x 1
Neon Tetras x 6
Zebra Snail

OR

Dwarf Gourami x 1
Threadfin Rainbow x 1
Red Platy x 3
Zebra Snail

Threadfin rainbows are a schooling fish and will appreciate having friends. They are one of the smaller rainbow varieties, so they would probably be ok in that size tank. What are the dimensions? I would choose which you want, the threadfins or the neons, and have a decent sized group (at least six) of either species. As for the dwarf gourami, it can be a hit or miss. Some are more aggressive than others and may bully the smaller fish. You will just have to try for yourself and see if your particular gourami works in your tank. Perhaps you might want to try a honey gourami instead.

The tank is 24 x 13 x 19 inches.

So the following would be ok??

Gourami x 1
Threadfin rainbows x 6
Zebra Snail

Can I get anything else in that size tank and if so can you recommend anything?

It should be ok (mostly depending on how the gourami behaves). With those dimensions, I work out that your tank is around 25 gallons rather than 16. I would add a few more threadfins (bump up to ten), and maybe have a school of smaller cories like pandas or pygmys.

Probably, but two are unlikely to get along. You should keep one, or keep a large group. Since you don't have room for a large group, I would stick with one.
