I am starting to get worried. All day our large black dalmation molly and our giga. gold balloon molly have been bullying our black balloon. It's odd- first time we've seen it happen and the large dalmation has been pushing it around, herding other fish away from it, and slapping at it with its rear tail. For HOURS now! What is odder, our small gold balloon which usually swims around freely has been hiding scared for a couple days. No change or additions in tank. Any advice?

Fish have personalitites, just like people. Some guppies are aggressive and some fish that are supposed to be aggressive are passive.
Do you know if these fish are male or female? It could be that the Dalmation Molly is ready to spray his load over a female, but she isn't ready.
Have you added any recent fish? There could be a change in hierarchy in the tank and the molly is trying to throw his weight around.
If the victims of his aggressive behaviour start to show signs of stress (whitespot, damaged fins etc) then it might be worth swapping your molly for something else.
