This is a pic of my 29 gallon freshie.

The tank has 3 convicts (from the same family...I think there's the original mother and the other two are from one generation or another.
There's also a pretty big pleco (George) in there on the side of one of the two wooden things, but the reflection of my pants blocks him out.

My new saltwater tank that is just recently setup:

Basically, it's still a 'work in progress', but so far it's 40 lbs of ls, 15 lbs of lr, and 35 lbs of rock that was once alive and will probably be alive again soon. ;)

Oh yeah, and 2 Emporer 400s just to move the water, until a skimmer and powerhead(s) can be installed.

Yeah, I like those driftwood pieces. I think that tank is the prettiest looking one I've set up yet. The natural colored rock and the wood and the background just kind of 'pop'.

Most of my older tanks had blue gravel or somesuch. Not a big fan anymore.

Anyway, thanks, guys!

Thanks!

I think I got kind of lucky in that I found some really cool looking rocks for the sw tank. A guy up the road has this huge reefer, like 200+ with another 50-100 gallon sump setup in his basement. He had some extra rocks and weird looking corral stuff that he gave me for pretty cheap, and I've been buying some fiji stuff here and there. I actually added some more stuff and have been having a hard time getting it stacked the way I want. ;)

Here's another with the additional rock. I'm thinking this is the way it sits for the next month or so:

And just because I had the camera handy, I tried a few more of the convicts:

George (Pleco) is almost too darn big for the tank. Luckily, he's got plenty of foodstuffs and places to chill.

Your tanks are really nice, I love the live rock you've picked out, can't wait to see some fish in there! Your dogs are adorable!
