AH supply: getting 4 x 55-W. All 5500K? Or what bulb combo looks best.

Hello,

Tomorrow to purchase 4 x 55-W kit from AH Supply. Suggestions for what bulb combo looks best? All four bulbs 5500K? Or mix with 6700k? 6800k?

I understand plant growth not likely affected by this choice, but do not have experience to determine what is likely to be most pleasing to the eye. Perhaps subjective but since I don't know, I'm-a-askin'.

I use nothing but the 9325k bulbs. AH Supply doesn't carry them. I do have a link to a great price on them in my Guide.

They do look pinkish/purple at first. But then they burn in and your eyes adjust and they look great. The fish look awesome and the plants love them.

The 5500k looks much to yellow for me. If you are going to go with the AH Supply bulbs I would mix the 6700k and the 7800k bulbs.
 
I have two 36'' 2x96watt PC fixtures on my tank, both came with just 6700k. I am going to switch out to have one 6700k and one 10,000k in both.

I prefer the more crisp, cool look than the warm yellow.
