OK.. well.. with the whole worry of em washing my rock in my water in a bathtub... rinsing it with the showerhead.... I figured I would re-wash my rock in semi warm water in the sink in a strainer.. that which I did.

Well i put it in my tanka nd filled it up. And the water was a white hazey color.. faint tho.

Well I did a 100 percent water cahnge today... but Id on't think my python does that great. It'll suck gravel up.. but the gravel doesn't move frrantically about inside the tube.

Then..> I filled it up about 15-20 percent with warm water and let it sit fora minute or 2.. and drained that with the python.. moving the gravel around a bit.

Filled it up again with straight water 100%... and was also a bit worried about my hands. As I had washed myhands an hour or so prior... and I DID rinse them off again in warm water... yet could still smell soap.. but couldn't feel no grease or oil from the bar soap. Stuck my hand in the tank anyways...

Now I am all freaking out :O/// am i okay?

Are you just starting to cycle this tank? Is there any soap film on the surface?

You should have no problems except maybe overly sensitive scent glands....lol.

Well if I stir the gravel enough.. I'll see a few white filmy swirls at the top.. but they go away.
