HELLO NEW TO SITE A QUICK QUESTION IF ANYONE CAN HELP IM BUYING TWO TANKS FOR BREEDING DISCUS I NEED TO KNOW WHAT PAINT IS SAFE TO USE FOR PAINTING THE SIDES,BOTTOM AND BACK HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!!!:help:

latex paint, and if you are still woried (witch i am just paranoid) get some 100% Silicone sealant and spray it on after the paint drys. It will seal any chemicals that might be mixed with the latex.

Krylon Fusion would help. But i think tahts mostly for plastics but still works on glass

Anything is "safe" after it's dry. I just used a high VOC quick-dry Krylon on one of my tanks. The solvents flash off so quickly that you can do a respray in 4 minutes on a 75F-degree day, and still get no wrinkling.

Zero ill effects to my livestock and plants.
