Are JDs known to go after plecos?

My JD leaves the pleco alone. When the pleco comes out the JD stays away from it. I think it is because it is bigger than the JD.

mine bother it only when he comes into their nest area's. but the pleco will fight back, usually if they are close to same size or larger then the JD.

Jack, my biggest JD, will come up to Ralph the plec, and nudge him. Ralph will wiggle away, Jack will nudge him again, and again the wiggle away.

No real aggression, think Jack is just being a PITA and showing who is Boss of the tank.

my oscar billy-bob and pleco big-un have the same routine, fortunatley plecs are well armored (rouugh and sharp like a rasp) and the attacks are more of a nuciance than anything.
