I have a brain just like that and let me tell you what, they look awesome once they get used to good water and get some good food in them. I am sure you will enjoy that coral. Also i can't talk to you any more cause your coral is bigger than mine...LOL Just kidding buddy nice buy.

Germanman - I think it is just my camera mate, the colour is very vibrant on it....

Rocket - No i dont order online, the shop where i brought the goby from is picking me a pistol shrimp up on tuesday next week...cant wait to get them together..

hey niko was the shrimp with the goby? sometimes if you get the separate they wont pair up mine havent and its been at least a year since ive seen the pistol i just hear him at night.

Germanman - I could not find anywhere that sold them together with the relationship already going, so, its a chance i am gonna have to take, if they do, all the better, if not, then so be it....

REALLY???? You do know that the tank it's in is only a 10 gal. right??? Either which way I like yours better only because it doesn't need nursed back to health like mine, and everything else in the LFS here.

Ok JoJo, maybe because of tank size that yours looks bigger...anyway, who cares, we both got good specimins...So we are all good...

Exactly I just didn't know if you realised. Does yours still come out to feed every night?? Mine extended like that the first night but has olny had a feeder or two out since. But I have noticed some regrowth where it had receded. Just woundering how yours acts for a comparison.

well, when i firts put it in, i had no reaction from it. Then, on the second night, after lights out, about half of it feeders came out hunting for food and has done the same since, all be it, different areas of the brain come out at night..

Really glad that you are starting to see re-growth, that is a good sign that it is on the mend..What sort of lighting do you have on that tank? I am getting mixed info on the lighting level to position this coral, some same low to medium, others say medium to high light levels?

What re your thoughts buddy?

Well you saw the tank it's a 10 gal and I have a 70W 14K MH HQI about 6 inces above the tank.

yeah, thanks buddy...think i am gonna move it to middle of the tank and see how it gets on with that, should have a medium flow around there too..
