Yep, the snail rider must ride in comfort, nothing like AC to make it nice.

Zipping along at an unbelievable pace, the snail is dedicated to making the moose eat crow. (sorry crows)

Snails multiply and that is their strength. Some like snails very tasty.

just a couple pics of my rock a year later. Ricky and Lucy have been happy now for over a year in the tank. If you click on the diy rock sculptures category, you can see this rock before it ever hit a tank. It is the one on the blue tub under the rock lady sculpture.

Risqué Base Rock

Posted 01-25-2008 at 7:51 PM by snailrider (SnailRider gets AC)

As some of you already know, I have been making rock for salt aquariums. My latest creation was just for fun. Perfect for that real beach look in your aquarium.

Hopefully you all can see the creative, artistic nature of this rock. The body is actually hollow with a few swim through holes. Trust me, you don't wanna know what I was thinking when I made this

The second picture is of a special type of rock for tanks. It is designed to sit flush on the bottom...

Well just messin around and made a few pieces. The airplane is partially hollow, with windows LOL

I also found a new mixture to help lighten up the rock and keep it absorbing water.

More rock!!

Well, I have been messing around with various designs. I tried an airplane, but it broke apart when I picked it up.

This piece is my fifth, so far, the other were not very much different than preceding pieces.

It was mentioned to me that sometimes with rock gardens that the fish hide away and can't ever be seen. A sugestion was to build these rock sculptures so they fit tight on the back glass.

I may try one of those next.

OK here is...
