He's about 5.5 inches now. What do you think and what do you think he is worth? Some of the lighting is in blue and the other is pink so he's actually a dark blue and dark red. Opinions please, Ed.

6 of them are 4+ inches. The largest being around 6 inches.

They've been in the tank together for about 2-3 weeks now. And today I noticed two fighting intense. Water even splashed a couple times. One out of the two turned dark blue. And this one seemed to be chasing every other dolphin in the tank to an extent.

Is this breeding behavior?? Or is it just an angry dolphin?? I don't really know how to tell the sex of them. I heard that males anal fins are more pointed and females are rounded.

Any suggestions as to sexing them? Or how to tell if they have paired up at all? Or if they are just battling to the death??

One has become spotted again. I think severums are REALLY pretty and would like to get some, but I don't know if they'll work in my tank. It'd be going into a spacious 75 gallon, with a few other large fish, and some rasboras, which from what I've read are to fast for it. I do have a sailfin pleco though and some angelfish, so are severums fin nippers? Also, what is the typical temperament of these fish? I brought home a bad South American a little bit ago that I believe plucked the eye out of ram, so I don't want that to happen again! Any advice or past experience stories would be great! Tank, filter, stand, whole setup absolutely free. Was awesome they thought of me and did that for me. With that my brain started goin crazy with ideas. I think I want it to be a cichlid tank. My problem is I don't know where to go from there. I don't know what types of cichlids I may like, or how I should set the tank up for them. I'm thinking about getting a canister filter for the tank, and I know I need more decor in the tank for hiding spots, but I don't know if I will need powerheads in the tank, or what types of cichlids I may want to get.
