It is not in tools. Editing appears indeed disabled. If editing should only be allowed for short time, then that short time should be right after posting. Even if previewing not all typos will be caught - fixing typos should be the most likely reason for editing.

Edit is at the bottom of your post....edit time is limited so folks do not come back and change their posts after comments have been made....

Will have Li check the default time setting on it...
