My LFS is holding 3 pairs of Threadfin Rainbows for me. I was originally going to put them in my 20g high, but now I am thinking I'd like them in the 75g.
In the 20g there are 6 Harlequin Rasboras, 8 Celestial Pearl Danios, 2 Emerald Cories and 5 Amano Shrimp.
In the 75g, there are 5 quarter sized angelfish, 4 Boesmanii Rainbows, 2 Praecox Rainbows and 10 Cardinal Tetras. Both tanks are heavily planted. Threadfins are pretty small fish, maxing out between 1 1/2 - 2 inches, with small, slender bodies, so I think they would do well in either situation.
Since I am having so much trouble deciding, I thought I'd ask you all what you think. Are there any things to consider that I may not have thought of?

Since you like them so much you could house them in the 75. If you want more still plenty room to put more.

Sounds all good aside from the 5 angles. To me, that's too much for a 75g.

75g would be fine! That's plenty of space for growing $.25-sized angels, as well.

Sounds OK so far, but those angels will grow.

Yes I know the angels will grow.
Anyway this whole thread is moot now. The threadfins that were being held for me at the LFS all came down with something and died, at least that is what I was told, so for now no new fish going in there.
