Saw this and about feel out of my chair.

The earth worm looking thing may just be a bristleworm. Did it have a redish color? If so thats what it is nothing to worry about. As for the other two if you could get a pic that would help alot.

Have you added anything new to the tank lately? Coral, Rock etc... The reason I ask is I know my tang when I add new coral she will get close to it then just stare at it a sec or two then start acting crazy for awhile. After a day or so she gets use to it.
I agree with schigara. Save your money and just buy dry aragonite sand. If you know someone with a tank that has been up and running for awhile get a cup of there sand. Also some LFS with give you a cup of theres if you ask.
