Over the last 3 days my red cap has started swimming on it's side,upside down and is now floating about the tank aimlessly.It's still breathing and every now and again it trys to make a move for the top of the tank. I have another 2 fish in the tank that are perfectly alright. (70 litre tank)...

My algae is only growing on the glass. Could you advise how to clean of safely without affecting my fish.
