I finally have all the supplies needed to get my 20g Paludarium project off the ground. This will be a continuing thread to document its existence :thm:

As it stands now, the tank is currently just holding emersed Crypts, Anubias and other stems.

The lighting consists of one 24" hydrofarm T5HO growlight and reflector. It works wonders so far and the price is what gets me.. $35 shipped! I also have a Penn-Plax internal filter that will be going in the water section.

Havent made any real progress yet but I have some pics to share

awesome tank. It looks like youve got a nice variety of crypts. Where did you get your lights from.
Edit: Sorry, I saw the answer to your question in my thread.

    7-6 Update

I decided to get going on the Paludarium now that I have a perfect Holding tank for all the plants. My sister got a 20long to replace having a 20high and an 8g Biocube so now I have her old 20g until she has something to do with it. In the meantime, It will be holding my plants and then holding krib fry (yes, they spawned like 4 days after moving in the the new place :D )

I have decided to go a new route with the water portion of the tank.

This is basically what I had in mind the whole time

As I was messing around with the glass I have for the dividers, I've come up with a cooler idea in my opinion.

The pics aren't that good of quality but you get the idea.

How do you like the driftwood better?

    or

I also have another layout that I'm favoring but never took a picture of it. I'll have to do it soon.

    Thanks for Lookin' :hi:
