8 gallons doesn't leave much room as far as fish, personally if I were stocking it with fish I'd go with a small bottom goby like a yasha, then one of the following firefish, clown goby, possum wrasse, or small cardinal, something like a yellowstripe cardinal might get away with a pair of them. Can also do a couple nonCUC invert's, pompom crab, pistol shrimp, peppermint shrimp.

I'm prepping to setup an 8g evolve myself but I'm thinking all inverts, just got to find the right lighting and i can start setting it up.

^Good suggestions. A pair of neon gobies or shovel heads are possibilities as well.

pics aren't enlarging can't really tell what you got, first pic looks like some zoa's but can't tell for sure.

1st pic looks like zoas/palys (some kind of polyp coral). Not a problem unless you don;t like the look of them.

2nd pic is an asterrina starfish. Also not a problem.
