you have to have a password to view it, if I log in, I get my info. What did you get back from them? Typically you get a formatted letter asking you to agree to their conditions. Once you check allt he boxes and click I agree, you get issued your permit.

    Re:p526-08123-005

    Dear sharon
We have evaluated your application to move Pomacea bridgesii from pennsylvania to arizona. We have determined that this organism is not known to be a plant pest. We have no jurisdiction to regulate organisms that are not plant pests under the Code of federal regulations 7 CFR 330

USDA, APHIS does not regulate the interstate movement of this aquatic snail; therfore; a permit is not reguired.

please ensure that no soil or plant pests accompany these organisms when shipped

    Thank you for your cooperation..
    Sincerely,
    Sheri A Ateiner
    Permit Specialist
    APHIS Plant Health Programs
    Plant Protection and Quarentine

anybody in Pa get this or any other states?

the same lady that sent it is the same one that signed msjinkzd, permits????????????
