First ice fishing in Michigan(crappie/gills)

    I got theses guys on the 19th, ppl were fishing a week before that. I caught all these on my favorite icefishing pole, an $8.00 shorty spring pole with attached round reel ,stand,jig. Replaced the jig with a purplre dot rocker and a red and white spike. the rest is history:cool:.Thats my boot for scale, size 12..

    I would be very happy to take you fishing,Mark. I have some way better lakes then that one, was just waiting for the ice to freeze.Here are a few from a catch-n-release lake(Harts lake)..the last photo is with my favorite $8.00 pole.
