he seems more like what some stores sell as a "dwarf flame gourami". I have seen them just sold as "dwarf gourami" before as well. But never as a blue gourami. I could be wrong (last part of my sig

yeah who knows there are so many suedo (?) names for fish and way too many miss labeled fish to sort though it all.
Yep, mistakes all over the place. Such as some stores having ghost shrimp that turn out to be some big prawn that is aggressive.

Just for fun while getting a new background and a brass T connector I checked the name from the place i got my pair, you where correct, dwarf flame gourami. might have even had red in there somewhere too. LOL
