I am planing to setup a 14 gallon bio-cube and would like to know if this would work for fish.


(1 Dwarf Gourmai
(2 Dalmatian Molly's
(1 Silver Molly
(4 or 5 Neon Tetras

Take out the mollies, and up the neons to 6. You're good.

I would do ~10 neons (or preferably, cardinal tetras) the dwarf gourami as a centerpiece fish and once the tank ages, add an oto.

Well I like the molly's so I wont get rid of them but would 6 neons and the other get along
Mollies can get 5 inches, too big for a 14g. The only type that's plausible is the balloon molly, but that's because they are bred to have bent spines.

could I add any other fish because that's only 2 kinds of fish and I would like to have 3 or 4 kinds.Could I keep a pea puffer with them.

If you wanted a puffer, try a SAP (South American Puffer). They also stay small, are community fish, and won't bother the others. I have 3 in my community tank, and they all get along fine. Good luck.
