I'll just be getting home today from 2 1/2 weeks of being out of town and no water changes. I'm not too concerned about my fish in my 40b given bio-load
I've missed more than one but I make sure to do it the next day or two. Missing one, hence going two weeks without a change, can be harmful depending
Looks a little to me like an L397, but I did not think that they were in the states. Nice pleco, tho.
