About two weeks ago my son and I moved 13 Electric Blue Rams from three small tanks to a 29 gallon. We set up the new tank buy using the water from the three tanks they were in and also put some strained dirt from a filter in the new tank. The only chemicals I have in the tank are Dechlor and Black Water Extract to soften the water. I have used both of these chemicals many a time. Now I am just starting to lose my fish and many of them are losing their color. I don't know what is wrong. My Ph is 7.6. but these fish were all born in water with a Ph of 7.6, and there is no ammonia problem. I keep the temp at 80 degrees and the tank is cleaned once a week. I feed them Brine shrimp (Newly hatched), frozen blood worms and a mixed diet of flake food.
Can anyone help me, what is killing my fish? Am I doing something wrong? I would appreciate any help you can give me.

Is the 29 gallon tank new? Or did you clean it in any way before you set it up?
