They will both be male.. one will turn dominant over the other one at some time down the road, start to bully it, and turn into a female. Some times they can bully the smaller male to death during the transition, not often though, but when the dominant turns female they will usually become a mated pair.

Absolutely! Aggressiveness is very rare although keeping/adding few will tone down female's aggresion other males.
It all depeds on species of clown, also.

Yup. The female will become larger than the male and after awhile the difference will be very easy to tell. Also, I've noticed that when they are going through the dominance thing, the less dominate fish does this weird thing where he kind've swims on his side and twitches a little bit. He's not dying or typically even injured in the least bit, it's just a display of submission.
