Yeah- I have that. I'm just not sure about adding tap water directly to the tank vs. letting it circulate for a bit with the dechlorinator in a separate container.

That is just a list of fish that can tolerate lower temperatures. But Buenos Aires can do just fine in a tropical tank as well. That particular list shows their upper range at 77, which is definitely a tropical tank range.
