If they are a mated pair, the female angel will often need to rest for a day or so after a spawning. Have you noticed any color changes in the female, or see any eggs? good luck :)

combo maracyn and maracyn 2 might help with a fresh water change, but watch that he doesn't jump out of the tank, my impression is high nitrates, and/or overcrowding. sorry, I don't think he'll make it. good luck

No, you don't really need additional food for the ghost shrimp. The most likely cause of your shrimp deaths are 1) copper pipes in your home, 2) high nitrates or other toxins or 3) high general and/or carbonate hardness. good luck :)

It's actually much coarser than regular sand, but it's lighter too. I washed all the finest particles out and it behaves itself quite nicely. good luck :)
