Whatever you have, I really dont' think it's bubble algae. Google bubble algae. There are several good sites I looked at when I was trying to ID mine. How long do you run your lights? Cutting down on the light time may help. If you have FO, I'd turn them off for several days.

Mogurnda......that's a great pic. What I have on my glass is about the size of the head of a straight pin, but under magnification looks like a fried egg. Doesn't move at all. Just disappears after a few days.

They are snail eggs. If you get a magnifying glass, you'll see that they have a tiny yellow center like the yolk of a chicken egg.

I'm waiting to hear the response too! I have won a battle with cyno, but hairy algae is still an issue for me. I've put an emerald crab in my tank. He's making headway, but the algae is still winning the war. I've ordered another one. They are a lot of fun to watch. ;)
