Based on my own experience, it would probably be the Diamond Tetra. The fry are excellent at hiding.

What size tank is that in gallons? Are you planning on having live plants b/c the silver dollars will eat them. Congo Tetras would do well and they are good size. I also really like the tri-colored sharks. They get to a good size yet are gentle.
