for some reason I never bought into the SunSun filters. Matter of fact I'm pretty much strictly Eheim. They have proven themselves with performance, and durability.

Sometimes it is not about the water we have them in. It is about the water that they came from. With that it can make adjusting difficult for some fish.

For me as long as Eheim is on the market, no other filter gets considered, unless it is a gigantic steal. I don't care what anyone says. The Eheim quality is unsurpassed. I have been running some of the same filters for over 20 years with no problems.
