That gets back to me having to wait to get more live stock... Have not had a great chance to work on the chemistry of the tank and get the proper additives to get the coraline coverage. I am starting to work on that now and hope that is starts coming in soon.

Arc eye will be moved downstairs when he gets bigger to the big tank that has the blue spot grouper and niger trigger.... thanks for the kind comments... the tank has been up for over a year but I have had to wait on getting more fish until just recently.

just a couple additions to the tank over the last 2 weeks. couple of green chromis, arc eyed hawk, spotted hawk, six line wrasse, and a blue spot watchman goby. all are doing well and eating... Will try and get some pictures of them soon...

Well I know it has been a while since I last posted but some good news... Found the Wasp fish in the sump... Have not had a chance to get it out of there yet but should be able to do that this weekend. Hoping the dampiera made it as well.

So I have some bad news... looks like i lost most of my fish except the Blue Spot grouper. not sure why but everything checked out good with the water quality. Guess I will wait and see with the grouper. he is pretty active and is eating well.

Have you thought about going the opposite of your Reef tank. Look at a predator tank with some dwarf lions, stone fish, angler, frog or toad fish... Or look at a smaller Grouper, Blue Line or spot, Miniatus with maybe a sailfin tang. I had a blue line that had a lot of personality and he was...

oh and to answer the other question yes I will have wood trim around the entire tank to finish it off. I am glad I had not done that just yet as I had a small leak that has been fixed. it has wrecked on of the corners so I will have to re-mud and paint that section before those finishing touches.
