    Well Water Help?

    Personally, I think our well water is pne big reason why our fish thrive. I do huge weekly water changes (80% +)... but of course, my well water is not necessarily like your well water. It will really vary depending on enviromental factors.

    Tiger barbs are my vote. They are so colorful and we have not ever had a problem with them in combination with any other fish -- we do keep their schools at 8+.

    I think that some fish do better in some water. It took some trying, but I think we found the best matches for our well water. Remember, this isn't a hobby that is supposed to RELIEVE stress :)

    We have had tiger barbs and cories together for about 3 years. No problems at all.

    Thanks, folks!No, the parrots do not bother the other fish in their tank, but I don't think they'd pass up any mouth sized fish so size is key :)
